Big Number Academy isn’t a traditional maths learning app.

There are no tests, scores, timers, or right-answer pressure. Instead, it’s a space for children to explore how numbers work — building confidence, curiosity, and enjoyment naturally.

Big Number Academy was built with these preferences in mind. Calm visuals, simple mechanics, and no forced progression, which is why it often resonates so strongly. But those same qualities benefit any child who prefers focused, self-directed play.

Big Number Academy was created by a parent.

It began as a personal project for my own child, when I couldn’t find a safe, ad-free place for him to explore numbers without pressure or distraction. Over time, it grew into something other families could use too.

Absolutely not. Big Number Academy is a distraction-free sanctuary. There are no ads, no pop-ups, no timers, and no high scores. The focus is entirely on calm, uninterrupted play.
